In Support of Sean Lipinski's Family (Regret, Holding On)
REGRET was a hardcore band from Minneapolis that was active from 2005-2008, featuring a member of Holding On, who released an album on Bridge Nine in 2002. The band recorded a four-song demo, a six-song e.p. titled “Misery Brigade,” and an unreleased e.p. which circulated online and among friends. The band was led by guitarist and songwriter SEAN LIPINSKI. It was Sean’s vision, talent, and sheer force of will which kept the band moving forward.
On December 27, 2022, Sean died unexpectedly following complications from an aggressive brain tumor. He left behind an adoring wife and two beautiful daughters. This project hopes to serve the dual purpose of raising money to support Sean’s family, as well as finally compiling everything Regret recorded for the last time. This discography includes every song the band released, along with the unreleased “Hard Drugs” e.p. 100% of all proceeds will be donated to the Lipinski family.

Hardcore rarely makes the news, but the viral WBZ News Radio reporter, Matt Shearer, visited Brockton, MA this past weekend and met none other than local legend Colin Campbell (Colin of Arabia, Gatekeeper Jam). Colin invited him to experience the hardcore scene at Badlands Hall with a show featuring Fiddlehead (ex-Have Heart), Angeldust, and Drug Church. With Colin's blessing, we took his description of hardcore and memorialized it in a shirt: "All the bad kids from class together doing bad kid stuff." Bridge Nine Records has celebrated many a Record Store Day as a record label, but we’re excited to be celebrating our first as an actual record store! What Is Record Store Day?
Record Store Day is an annual event that was created to celebrate the culture of the independently owned record store. Artists will often have records pressed and released specifically for RSD. For this reason, RSD releases are not available for pre-order and cannot be held in advance. Instead, folks are encouraged to engage with their local record store and let them know what RSD releases you want them to carry! This helps them plan what to order, how many, etc.
So be sure to let your local record store know you want them to carry Agnostic Front’s new United Blood extended session 12” LP!

Dedicated To The Next World is AN refusing to rest on legacy. The legendary hardcore punk band returns with four new songs that sound like classic and future AN, stripped down and sped up to their trademarked urgency and live violence. With stream of conscious lyrics and existential dread, these are revival songs for the modern disenchanted.
"How I Got Away" recalls AN's anthemic hardcore sound ala tracks "We Are" and "The World Is Blue." "Self Check-Out" is a minute-long punk blister. "Real Love" flies like speed fueled Stooges and "Praying Hands..." nods to the influences of Bad Brains and Negative Approach.
Having started in 2000 and initially breaking up in 2004, the band reunited in 2012 and subsequently launched a second life of lauded shows and records proving that there is life after youth.
Recorded live to 2 inch tape by American Nightmare drummer Alex Garcia-Rivera at Mystic Valley Recording Studio in Boston. Mastered and cut for vinyl by Bob Weston at Chicago Mastering Service.

For Friday the 13th, we've dug into the t-shirt vault and brought back one of our favorites, this blood-spattered Bridge Nine t-shirt illustrated by none other than Linas Garsys (American Nightmare, The Hope Conspiracy, AFI). Linas was an early contributor to Bridge Nine's visual look through several of our album covers (American Nightmare's The Sun Isn't Getting Any Brighter, Cops & Robbers Execution Style, Striking Distance The Fuse Is Lit), as well as probably a dozen different t-shirt designs, many featuring his trademark blood spattering. Originally released in 2002 and briefly available with a slightly different design in 2013, we're bringing this skull design back for a limited time, printed on a black Gildan Hammer tee and in true early-2000s spirit, a black Independent Trading Post brand zip-up sweatshirt.
