Malfunction added to The Life & Death Tour

Malfunction have replaced Heavy Chains on The Life & Death Tour, which kicks off in two days. The full stacked lineup now includes Bane, Turnstile, Backtrack, Forced Order, Mizery, and on all dates between August 9 and 28 except Chicago, Malfunction.
