As announced last week, EXPIRE is currently in the studio recording their Bridge Nine debut and we are SO excited. Things are progressing nicely as all of the instrument tracking is done and they're doing vocals today (talk about efficient recording, eh?).

We are also SO excited to reveal the title of Expire's new album: Pendulum Swings. As of right now, this sucker is slated for a late April release, and we'll let you know the exact date very very soon.

Upon completion of recording Pendulum Swings later this week, Expire will ship the tracks over to Jay Maas at Getaway Recordings to put on the finishing touches as he masters the album.

Expire guitarist Zach Dear commented, "I know it's what every band is "supposed to say" about their newest records, but these are no question the best Expire songs to date. We've been working extremely hard and can only hope that people will be as siked as we are on the finished product."
