Boston’s Have Heart was perhaps one of the most impactful and relevant bands to exist in the hardcore circuit in the 2000’s and have remained relevant even since they disbanded in October of 2009. Over their seven-year-long career, the band released two albums for Bridge Nine Records: 2008’s Songs to Scream at the Sun and the band’s 2006 debut full-length The Things We Carry. That landmark recording (The Things We Carry) has been out of print for the last year and a half and finally will be made available on vinyl again from Bridge Nine Records on August 24, 2010.
In it’s 4th pressing, The Things We Carry will be attainable on clear red vinyl in a standard LP jacket. However, random lucky recipients will receive a limited edition (out of 100) gatefold pressing of the record in an exclusive color. Have Heart left a legacy of intelligent, heart-felt and dynamic music behind and Bridge Nine is proud to re-press this must-have album. Check out B9Store.com for more information and to pre-order a re-press of The Things We Carry.

In the end, its strange that "the things we carry" are being sold for that high amount, they were available in b9's store for such a long time. I guess kids worldwide took some time to realize its greatness (in vinyl).

every one of these that go up on ebay go for ridiculous prices. a repress is exactly what I've been waiting for. the question is, are enough of these being pressed for them to not sell out in a day?

We repressed it so that kids who want it on vinyl, can get it for $12, without having to pay through the nose on eBay... There wasn't that many pressed originally!
