To help put 2009 into the books for Bridge Nine, we decided to take over the local candle pin bowling alley last night. The entire B9 crew, along with office mates Sully's & a few friends and area bands (Soul Control, Cruel Hand, Defeater + 1 part DBD) we battled to take home our first annual X-Mas award, the impressively shiny 2009 B9 "Deck The Balls" trophy. Cruel Hand came down with their own bowling shirts and talked a tough game but the contest was over when Frank from the Sully's crew held it down with a game high score of 124, bringing home the trophy for his team. Thanks to Bowl-A-Mat for letting us hook our iPod up to the sound system, for turning on the "cosmic bowl" lights, thanks to Soul Control & Cruel Hand for making the trip from Providence & Maine, respectively, and to Stephanie & Jamie for making our first annual battle of the bowl a reality!
