NYHC veterans Antidote will play Europe for the first time as part of the 22nd annual Ieper Fest in Belgium. The longest-running outdoor underground festival in Europe, 10,000 visitors are expected to attend and will get the chance to witness Antidote alongside other hardcore and punk luminaries like Dead Kennedys, the Dickies, Gorilla Biscuits, B9 alumni No Warning, Infest and many more.

"After many years we have finally got our passport situations sorted out and we are very excited about playing Europe for the first time," says vocalist Drew Stone. "For us it's a dream come true." Adds guitarist Nunzio, "Although this is the first and only show that we are playing in Europe right now we intend to return at some point in the near and tour the continent."

Before heading to Europe, Antidote will also play an all-ages "send-off show" at The Grand Victory in Brooklyn, NY, on Sunday, August 3rd with special guests Beyond, Manipulate, Downlow and Point Blank. RSVP on Facebook here.

We released the band's latest album, No Peace In Our Time, in November 2012. The record was self-produced by Antidote and mastered by the legendary Howie Weinberg.
