Sunday was the annual pet costume contest on the Salem green, and my friends Liz and Nate have made it an annual event with their chiwahwah "Little". Last year he was a hit with a store bought lobster costume, this year Liz stepped it up a serious notch and made Little's costume by hand - making him the talk of the contest (and a 1st place winner) with her "Three Headed Chiwahwah" costume.
